Parenting in the Pandemic

The Health & Wellbeing Team and the Northern area CYPSP are delighted to have partnered up with Siobhan Wilson Mc Glinchey, Psychotherapist, Play Therapist & founder of Body, Mind and Soul Centre to bring you this one hour talk on regulating emotions and supporting well-being for the entire family. Siobhan believes that during these unusual and uncertain times it is important we all have ways to cope with our own emotions so we then, can look after others. This talk will look at our own response to COVID and how we can best help our children.
